Orders must be picked up at the time we have agreed upon. Orders can not be placed on hold. If you're running late we understand and can try to accommodate.
Failure to communicate will result in loss of order.

CAKE DESIGN

We specialize in vintage buttercream designs! In the box below, please describe your ideal cake in as much detail as possible.                    
Details to include:
• Allergies
• Color scheme
• Phrases or messages you want on the cake
• Any specific designs or add ons (decorations/accessories) 
Need cupcakes? Make sure to include that add on in your message.
If you have reference photos you can upload them at the end of this form.

Please Note:
We do not offer the following cakes/designs: Fondant covered cakes, ai designs, Ice cream cakes, Gluten free or vegan cakes, eggless cakes, Lunchbox/bento cakes (ONLY available during holidays or random sales).

Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. Orders with a notice of 5 days or less are considered rush orders and are subject to a $15 rush fee based on availability. Quotes are valid for 24hrs. Payments are accepted through Zelle. All balances must be paid in full 24 hours before your pick up date. *All cakes are custom. Pricing above is not fixed and will vary based on your design and flavor. A final quote will be provided before booking.*

Allergens & Dietary Restrictions

Clients must provide allergy information in advance. Cakes are made in a home kitchen and may contain common allergens (nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, etc.).

 By submitting this inquiry your acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 

- All custom cakes are priced based on design complexity, size and level of detail. Pricing is fixed and non negotiable. 

- Xtina Artistry does not offer price matching.

- Once an order has been picked up Xtina Atistry is not responsible for any damage resulting from transportation, handling or storage conditions. Responsibility transfers to the customer upon receipt. Remember cakes are delicate, any miss handling can cause scrapes, cracks, melted buttercream etc.
