Terms and Conditions:
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS
Booking will be secured only when the non-refundable deposit payment of 50% of the booking fee and the booking form is received. Once payment is received, a receipt/invoice will be sent to the client detailing the deposit paid and the remaining balance. By sending a payment you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth below. The remaining balance is due no later than the start of the event and no services will be rendered without full payment. Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle and Cash App are accepted.
EXTRA CHARGES IF APPLICABLE
There is a $25 travel fee for all events outside of New Braunfels, TX. The client agrees to pay for any accidents or damage caused by client, their guests or pets to artist’s equipment or supplies. The artist will use reasonable care but is not responsible for damage to clothing or property.
PACKING-UP
The artist will stop work at the scheduled time. The client will be expected to pay the full booking fee even if the client uses the artist for less time than booked for. If the end of painting time overuns by 15 minutes, the client will be responsible to pay for an additional hour.
FACEPAINTING
If your event is in a public space, the client is responsible for ensuring only participating guests approach the artist for a design. Ensure participant’s mouth and nose is wiped and face is CLEAN and DRY before being seated for painting. The artist will refrain from painting anyone who is visibly ill or has open cuts and/or sores. Anyone that is abusive, violent or visibly intoxicated also will not receive services.
Children less than two years of age cannot be painted.
The artist reserves the right to refuse anyone that is or seems to fall in any of the categories mentioned above.
FACEPAINTER RESPONSIBILITY
The artist will interact with your guests in a cheerful, kind and friendly way. An effort will be made to take client's design requests even if they are not on the design sheet provided. The client can expect that the artist will leave the area in the original manner in which you provided it; all trash will be removed and the area cleaned if necessary. The artist will adhere to industry health and safety practices, including one sponge per face to minimise cross infection. Brushes will be washed in antibacterial treated water and water will be changed frequently during the event. All equipment is washed thoroughly after an event with antibacterial soap. Only cosmetic grade products will be used.
PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL
The artist reserve the right to display and distribute promotional material during the event. If photos are taken by the artist, they will be obtained with express permission from participants and will be used solely for the purpose of promoting the business. The artist will not link identities to any of the photos used or given to third parties.
