  • CAMP EXPECTATIONS

    -Drink more water than you think you need
    -Always use the buddy system
    -Show respect for your leaders and kindness to your fellow youth
    -No bullying or hazing of any kind
    -Respect the "No Phone Zones" put in place throughout the week
    -Follow the For Strength of Youth Standards
    -Wear seatbelts at all times while in moving vehicles
    -Respect others privacy in the bathroom and when changing clothes
    -Sleep in your own bunk
    -Respect 11:00pm cerfew
    -Stay on schedule and show up to things on time

      Be brave! Step outside your comfort zones. Make new friends. Try new things. Invite the spirit. And make the most of your Camp experience.

      I understand if I choose to not follow the camp expectations and guidlines, I will have to be picked up by my parent or guardian and not able to attend the rest of camp.

    We would like to share photos on the Stake and Ward Faceobook pages that are taken at the camp this year. Please sign the following minor photo release form if you are comfortable with your youth's photo being taken and posted.

     

    I, ________________ the parent or guardian of __________________ grant Yukon Stake Leaders my permission to use photographs described as Young Men's Camp 2026 Photos for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustrations, advertising, and web content. Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of the use.

    Stake Young Men's Camp 2026 Yukon, Oklahoma Stake

    June 3rd - 6th, 2026

    We will be gathering as a stake to particiapte in crafts, activities, games, swimming, eating and entertainment. This is an overnight activity at Arrowhead State Park.

    June 3rd, 2026, all the young men will be gathering at the Surrey Hills Stake Building in the morning with their respective wards to carpool out to Arrowhead State Park.

  • Permission:

    I give permission for my child or youth to participate in the event and activities listed above (unless noted) and authorize the adult leaders supervising this event to administer emergency treatment to the above-named participant for any accident or illness and to act in my stead in approving necessary medical care. This authorization shall cover this event and travel to and from this event.

    The participant is responsible for his or her own conduct and is aware of and agrees to abide by church standards, camp, or event safety rules, and other pertinent instructions. Participants conduct and interactions should abide by church standards and exemplify Christlike behavior.

    Parents and participants should understand that participation in an activity is not a right but a privilege that can be revoked if they behave inappropriately or if they pose a risk to themselves or others.

  • CONFIRMATION

     

    I confirm that I have read through and understand the release forms for my respective child/youth.  I have answered truthfully and to my best ability.  I acknowledge by typing my name below that I am delivering an electronic verification that will have the same affect as an original manual paper signature. The electronic verification will be equally as binding as an original manual paper signature.
