2025 Ogden Pride Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Ogden Pride Festival. As we prioritize the safety and well-being of our community, we are updating our application process to include a thorough review of all vendor applicants. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and acceptance is not guaranteed. Applicants will be notified via email if approved, along with next steps for completing vendor registration and payment. Several new policies and procedures are in place for this year’s festival to enhance security and create a more inclusive and welcoming space. Please carefully review the 2025 Exhibiting Vendor Resource Guide before applying. The 2025 Ogden Pride Festival will take place on August 3rd, 2025 at Ogden Amphitheater & Municipal Gardens. You have the choice of two areas of the festival: Voices of Pride (VoP) and Pride in the Park (PiP). VoP booths are inside the amphitheater. PiP booths are in the west park.
