ORGANIZING LEGAL ENTITY

“Yoga Sport World” (also written YSW) is an educational platform operated by the nonprofit entity “Cesky Sportovni Klub Jogy z.s.” (also written "CSKJ") domiciled in Prague, Czech Republic with registration number 01549014, and recognized by the Ministry of Sports of the Czech Republic. 

The “CSKJ” will be collecting all tuition fees related to the four regional training locations (Australasia / Europe / North America / Latin America) and will redistribute them later to the regional organisers.

 

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

20% of the total training fee is due upon registration, and must be paid by debit/credit card. This amount is not refundable.

The final 80% balance payment can be done by a bank transfer or credit card at the latest 1 month before training begins. There is also an option to pay the remaining balance 3 months before the beginning of training and receive a 10% discount by selecting the Early Payer option and using the Coupon Code - EARLY.

 

PAYMENT INCLUSIONS

One 90' Intermediate Yoga Sport classe, practiced daily, during the 5 days of each week’s on-site training.

Access to your regional studio’s classes, during the two days “break” each weekend.

4 hours of daily Instruction Session, 5 days a week, to improve delivery of teaching instructions.

One 2.5 hour skills and drills session, 5 days a week.

 

PAYMENT EXCLUSIONS

Travel to and from your regional location (including travel insurance, when required).

Accomodation in your regional location (this includes any quarantine accomodation, as required by your training region’s health authorities, before the TT program begins).

All meals, and other personal expenses, while attending regional training.

All medical and other health related expenses you may have during regional training.

 

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS BEFORE & WHILE ATTENDING TRAINING

Please provide a letter from your personal general practitioner stating that you have no physical, mental, or emotional contraindications to conducting a twice daily 90-minute hot yoga practice.

Also, if required, please provide proof of compliance with your selected city, state, province, or country Covid-19 requirements.

 

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION BY YOGA SPORT WORLD

The minimum total number of trainees, from all four regions, needed for the TT program to proceed, is 20 trainees. If the minimum number of 20 trainees is not reached globally, the TT training may be entirely cancelled and all trainees will be refunded.

If, prior to the beginning of training, there are offical travel restrictions to a regional training location, or, if prior to the beginning of training, there is a lockdown in the regional training location, YSW will advise those affected trainees to revise their travel and accomodation plans to attend an alternative training location.

If this is not possible, a refund will be made.

 

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION BY A TRAINEE 

If a trainee cancels more than 60 days before the beginning of the training: Full Refund.

If a trainee cancels from 60 to 30 days before the beginning of the training: 50% Refund.

If a trainee cancels after 30 days before the beginning of the training, or after the training has begun: No Refund

In the case of any refund, YSW will refund only the Program Price paid by the trainee when they registered.

Yoga Sport World, CSKJ and their committee, as well as each regional training studio, and it's owners and teachers, will not be held accountable for any unrecoverable travel or accommodation costs booked by the trainees.

As much as possible, trainees should purchase airline tickets that may be rescheduled or refunded, and make accomodation bookings that may be cancelled.

It is also highly recommended that trainees purchase travel insurance that will help cover unexpected flight and accomodation cancellation expenses.
