Payment Structure & Plans

1. Full Payment Option:

The Author may pay the full production cost upfront for immediate priority in production.

2. Priority Plan:

The Author must pay 5-7% of the total cost upfront to secure a spot in the priority queue.

The remaining balance will be paid in scheduled installments.

3. Standard Payment Plan:

The Author must pay 1-3% upfront before production begins.

Payments will be made in scheduled installments over the agreed timeframe.

4. Revenue-Share Model:

Available only after the first paid episodes or film release.

The Author and The Studio will negotiate a revenue split after initial sales performance.

The Studio retains creative control over animation adaptation while working collaboratively with The Author.

Ownership & Rights

1. The Author retains full rights to their original written work.

2. The Studio retains rights to the animation production, including the right to distribute, market, and monetize the animated adaptation.

3. If The Author fully funds production, they will receive an agreed-upon percentage of royalties from streaming, DVD/Blu-ray sales, and other revenue streams.

4. The Studio reserves the right to use promotional materials for marketing and crowdfunding purposes.

Refund & Cancelation Policy

Full payments are non-refundable once production has started.

If The Author cancels before production, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed.

Failure to complete scheduled payments will result in production halting.

Distribution

The Studio aims to distribute via theaters, streaming platforms (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube, or Vimeo Subscription Service), and physical releases.

If released in theaters, authors will receive exclusive screenings.

Final Agreement

By submitting a project, The Author agrees to these Terms & Conditions and understands The Studio's policies regarding payments, ownership, and production timelines.
