ENTRIES TO BE RECEIVED BY THE JUDGES BETWEEN 1.30-2PM
PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED TO THE JUDGES CHOICE & PEOPLES CHOICE
CAMP OVEN COOKING USING TRADITIONAL METHODS ONLY - NO GAS, HOT ROCKS OR OTHER ARTIFICIAL METHODS ARE TO BE USED
NO ENDANGERED SPECIES ARE TO BE USED IN COOKING
ALL COOKING IS TO BE UNDERTAKEN IN THE DESIGNATED AREA
ALL DISHES MUST BE PRESENTED TO THE JUDGES NO LATER THAN 2PM
PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED ON THE SAME DAY AS THE COMPETITION

I First Name Last Name hereby acknowledge and understand the risks associated with participating in the Back to Buckinbah Festival Camp Oven Cooking Competition. In consideration of being able to participate in said activity/event, I agree to the following:

I voluntarily choose to participate in the activity/event, and I am aware that there are inherent risks involved including, but not limited to, bodily injury, property damage, and even death
I understand and accept that the Back to Buckinbah and Grow Yeoval Inc committee and representatives shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries or damages incurred because of my participation in the activity/event
I assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, losses that may occur to myself, my property, or any third party during my participation in the activity/event
I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Back to Buckinbah and Grow Yeoval Inc Committee members, officers, directors, and volunteers from all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the activity/event, including those arising from negligence or any other fault.
I understand that this waiver of liability shall be binding upon myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, and assigns.
