    I'd love to be able to share your lovely photos and encourage others to book a cake smash with examples of my work. There are a lot of options for you to consider, and your privacy is always respected to the fullest.

  • MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Princess Photography Co., the photographer, to photograph myself and/or my spouse and/or underage children. I hereby grant and understand that Princess Photography Co. may use my images (but not limited too) social media/advertisement etc., and there will be no compensation to the above.*
  • COPYRIGHT & POLICIES: As a client of Princess Photography Co., I acknowledge and understand that Princess Copley from Princess Photography Co. retains all copyrights to all images created during client’s session. A print release will be given with digital files to print portraits for personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, share, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Princess Photography Co. during client’s photo session. This applies to "sneak peek" images, images posted in an online proofing gallery, blog, Facebook, or hard copy images. If client steals images via any method listed above, or any other method, client will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image client has stolen, at photographer’s current price per digital file.. By choosing "I Agree" I will honor the above statement.*
  • SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business. Photographer is not responsible for any events that occur after all final products are delivered. Client understands there will not be allowed guests to their session. Client understands guests will be distracting and in the way of Photographer. Client understands that Princess, from Princess Photography Co., may cancel their session under circumstances such as: help cancellation, military move, illness, accident, etc. Client understands Princess Photography Co. will try to reschedule them at no extra cost or fee. Princess Copley from Princess Photography Co. retains all copyrights to all images created during client’s session. A print release will be given with digital files to print portraits for personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission. It is illegal to copy, edit, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Princess Photography Co. during client’s photo session. This applies to "sneak peek" images, images posted in an online proofing gallery, blog, Facebook, or hard copy images. If client steals images via any method listed above, or any other method, client will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image client has stolen, at photographer’s current price per digital file. Editing and delivery of images can take up to four (4) to six (6) weeks. I agree that a $50 non refundable session fee must be paid before a shoot time and date is confirmed. I understand it is non-refundable. I will be getting the agreed upon number of high res images delivered via an online gallery. I will then have forty-eight (48) hours to download my images. In the event that I do not download my images within the forty-eight (48) hours, a 50.00 fee will be charged to reupload my gallery, to be paid via paypal/square before my gallery is reuploaded. I understand every image I am presented will be corrected and edited at the best of Princess Photography Co.'s ability. Images by Photographer will be edited as Princess shall choice that best fits her brand. Any additional editing that furthers her brand, will be charged an additional $300. Photographer will edit her images of me as she does best and her work. I understand that image quality can not be guaranteed if I am late for my scheduled shoot time. I understand Princess Photography Co. is not responsible for lost time or images for shooting due to dressing, tardiness, etc. I understand that I am allowed to rebook one (1) time in the event that I need to reschedule my shoot time for any last minute emergencies, I understand that I waive my non refundable booking fee if I have to reschedule more than once. I understand if I chose to cancel my session with Princess Photography Co., any fees paid towards said session, are non-refundable. I understand my session fee IS NON-REFUNDABLE. I understand I will not receive this session fee in a case of cancellation. I waive my right to shoot and acknowledge the loss of my non refundable session fee if I am more than 10 minutes late to the scheduled shoot time.*
