ARB Ad Packet Submissions
Use this form to submit your business and family/friends ads. To see full Ad Program details, see the National Handbook.
These are NOT judged.
When uploading your full page ads, please upload all full pages separately. For example, DO NOT upload one PDF file that contains multiple full pages of ads. Please upload each full page separately.
You must submit payment for ads at the time of submission. If your sponsor is sending a business check, use the Office Code BUSINESSCHECK at checkout. Do not use this unless you have a sponsor sending a business check.
Ads must be uploaded in their final format as a 8.75x11.25" JPEG image or PDF. Ads will appear in the program book as uploaded here.
Ad Page Rules:
- Submit FULLY COMPILED 8.75x11.25" pages. Fractional pages will not be accepted
- If uploading a PDF, do NOT combine multiple pages into a single PDF file. Each full-page should be a separate PDF file.
- Do NOT submit Word or PowerPoint documents. Export the document as a PDF file if using Word or PowerPoint.
- Leave a minimum 0.75" margin around the edge for all text and important parts of images.
Resubmissions/corrections are a complex process. To ensure efficiency and mitigate error risk, we strongly prefer that you wait until your ads are in their final form before uploading them here.
