As a donor through Giving In(ventory), it is your responsibility to ensure that your donation reaches the matched retailer in need. Heart on Main Street will not accept or store inventory on behalf of recipients. Once a match is made, we will connect you directly with the retailer so you can coordinate shipping or delivery. This direct approach ensures that donations get to those in need as quickly and efficiently as possible.

By participating in Giving In(ventory), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligible Donations

All donated inventory must be new or unused and in sellable condition.
Donors should only contribute products they would feel confident selling in their own store.

Matching Process
Heart on Main Street will facilitate connections between donors and retailers in need but does not guarantee an immediate match for every donation.
Once a match is made, donors will be provided with recipient details for direct coordination.

Responsibility for Delivery
Donors are fully responsible for ensuring their inventory reaches the matched retailer.
Heart on Main Street will not accept, store, or ship donated items on behalf of recipients.
All shipping, delivery, and associated costs are the donor’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon with the recipient.

No Financial Transactions

Donations are given without expectation of payment or reimbursement from the recipient or Heart on Main Street.
Heart on Main Street is not responsible for any costs incurred in the donation process.

Liability Waiver

Heart on Main Street is not liable for lost, damaged, or misdirected donations.
Donors assume all risks associated with shipping and delivering donated items.
Right to Decline Donations

Heart on Main Street reserves the right to decline donations that do not meet program guidelines.
