To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all exhibitors at the Dance Educators Collective, the following rules and regulations must be adhered to:
1. General Guidelines
• Exhibitors must adhere to all venue policies and safety regulations.
• Booth assignments are final and determined by the event organizers.
• Exhibitor representatives must wear event credentials at all times.
2. Booth Setup & Breakdown
• Setup must be completed by the designated time before the event opens.
• Breakdown cannot begin before the event’s official closing time.
• Exhibitors must not exceed their designated space or obstruct neighboring booths.
3. Display & Marketing Regulations
• Signage and promotional materials must be contained within the assigned booth space.
• Sound levels for music or promotional videos must be kept at a reasonable volume.
• Giveaways, raffles, and promotional activities must be approved by event organizers.
4. Sales & Product Restrictions
• All merchandise must be legal and relevant to the dance industry.
• Food and beverage sales are prohibited unless approved by event organizers.
• Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and reporting applicable sales tax.
5. Conduct & Professionalism
• Exhibitors must maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Aggressive sales tactics, inappropriate language, or unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated.
• Exhibitors must respect attendees, staff, and fellow exhibitors.
6. Liability & Insurance
• Exhibitors assume full responsibility for any damage or loss of their property.
• Proof of liability insurance may be required by event organizers.
• The event organizers and venue are not liable for any injury, theft, or damages.
7. Compliance & Enforcement
• Failure to comply with these regulations may result in removal from the event without refund.
• Event organizers have the final authority on all exhibitor-related matters.
• All sales are final. No refunds.
