Art Fees:

$45/hour to vectorize art, add text, or adjust the provided design.

$300 for custom designs.

All custom designs created by Intrigue Ink remain our property. Design rights are available for purchase.

The full $300 design fee is required up front to begin any custom design project.

Terms + Conditions:

ORDERING: All orders require written confirmation from the customer through our estimate, confirming art descriptions, image placement, inventory type, origin, color, quantity by size, expected ship date, and shipping instructions. Once the order has a written confirmation the order cannot be adjusted.

Mock-ups: all mock-ups are digital depictions, and computer monitors may vary.

TURNAROUND TIMES: Normal turnaround is 10-15 working days from receipt of art and payment.

SET-UP FEES: We have a one-time set-up fee of $25 per color per print.

RUSH CHARGES: Intrigue Ink will go the extra mile to meet your due date! Rush print and rush shipping charges will apply to any orders needed sooner than 10 business days.

CUSTOMER GOODS: Intrigue Ink does not accept supplied garments. Sorry mom!

SHIPPING: Ground shipping costs will apply to order items from the warehouse to our production facilities.

DEFECTIVE / SPOILAGE: All orders can have up to 2% under run. Some shirts could be damaged during printing. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that you will receive 100% of the garments in your order. We strongly recommend ordering a few extras to account for this possibility. We always strive to give you everything you ordered, however, if there is a shortage with your order, we will refund or credit you for the difference up to 2% rather than re-printing.
