This Is A Big Event We Put On For Our Community. It's Always Such An Amazing Outcome. Having Vendors There Makes It That Much Better. We Truly Appreciate Each And Every One Of You.

We Will Only Be Accepting A Certain Amount Of Vendors. If Chosen, We Will Send You A Invoice. PLEASE SUBMIT PAYMENT RIGHT AWAY. If Payment Is Not Received, We Will Go To The Next Vendor.

For This Event The Vendor Fee Is $40.

THIS IS A OUTDOOR EVENT! We Can Not Control The Weather. We Show Up And Hope For The Best. No Refunds Given Because Of Weather. Event Will Be Held No Matter What.

You Must Supply Your Own Table And Chairs.

If You Can Not Make It Last Minute For Whatever Reason, Vendor Fees Are Non Fundable Or Transferable. As We Use These Fees To Secure Venue And Other Things.

We Ask All Vendors To Be On Time For Set Up. No Vendor Is Allowed To Break Down Early. THATS IN THE BALLOON FIESTA CONTRACT!
