Criteria:
Aged 16 or over
Not in high school or other tertiary education
A New Zealand citizen or resident
Working 20hours or more per week in a senior lifeguard role
Keen and motivated to complete their apprenticeship
Supported by the workplace to achieve the outcomes of the apprenticeship
Facility must be a Poolsafe Pool
