Nevada County Goat day is open to all interested youth, regardless of county of residence or youth program affiliation. FFA, Grange, and Independent youth are welcome.
If you are not a current 4-h member, a liability waiver, https://4h.ucanr.edu/files/4725.pdf MUST be completed and emailed to Jill Simmons, jcsimmons@ucanr.edu, prior to the event. Members of outside organizations will not be allowed to participate without a completed and signed form. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Registration is $30 for each youth participant. Please be prepared to bring your payment on the day of the event.

Limited scholarships are available. For those in financial need, please contact Jill Simmons at 530-273-4563 or jcsimmons@ucanr.edu in the Nevada County 4-H office to inquire about scholarships available to Nevada County 4-H members.
Bring your own chairs, blankets, and extra drinks/snacks.
Limited pens are available, which will be first come first serve. You must set-up and tear down your own pen.
You are expected to clean up after your own animals and dispose of it off site so please bring your own muck bucket and shovel to clean up any hay or manure clumps.
