SDC Fixture Requests

SENIOR DOMESTIC FIXTURE REQUESTS

SUBMISSIONS MUST ONLY BE MADE BY THE TEAM DELEGATE
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

FIXTURE REQUESTS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR:
- Participants in both mixed-gender and same-gender competitions that occur on the same evening.
- Dates when the team will be unavailable to participate (i.e., multiple team members are attending a wedding)
- Teams with current Nunawading Basketball Referees who are both participating as players and serving as officials during the same night of the competition.
FIXTURE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR:
- Specific match times or match times that equate to only 'early' or 'late'.
- Individuals who participate in another competition on the same day/night.
- Requests made with less than 14 day notice of requested date.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Each fixture request will be assessed on merit and impact.
- No fixture request is guaranteed to be approved.
- Any request that is approved is not guaranteed to be given every week.
- One-off requests must be requested at least 14 days prior to that round.
- Requests will only be considered when submitted through this form.
