    Thank you for your interest in the OFFroad-OFFcourse tours! Rest assured, we will do everything in our power to give you the ride your life! :)

    To better prepare for the upcoming trip, we strongly recommend that you check the FAQ on the website. Its very direct and has lots of useful information.

    Things to definitely bring:

    • Motorcycle Driver’s license ← No license no bike, sorry guys! 
    • Travel Insurance: Covering motorized sports and trip cancellations. 
    • Appetite and good mood ;)

    Here you can read the tour participation contract you will be asked to sign before the tour, please read it beforehand.

  • 3 Day Training Tour

  • Includes:

    • 1 x Day training + 2 days riding locally
    • 1 x Welcome dinner
    • 3 x Lunches
    • 3 x Hotel stays in Santarem (from the arrival day to the last day of the tour)
    • All transfers in-between the hotel and our bike parking
  • When does your tour begin? Remember: You should arrive the day before and join the welcome dinner!*

  • 5 Days – WinterSun / Summit Run

  • Note:

    • Winter Sun Tour - From November 1st to March 31st
    • Summit Run Tour - From April 1st to October 31st

    Includes:

    • 1 x Day training + 4 days riding around the country
    • 1 x Welcome dinner
    • 4 x Dinners 
    • 5 x Lunches
    • 5 x Hotel stays (from the arrival day to the last day of the tour)
    • All transfers in-between the hotel, restaurants, and our bike parking
  • When does your tour begin?: Remember: You should arrive the day before and join the welcome dinner!*

  • 6 days - Northern Odyssey

  • These are special tours usually organized for returning guests and instead of following a well known track, we go about exploring new places and let things flow a bit more loosely

    Include:

    • 6 Days riding around the country
    • 6 x Dinners (including the welcome dinner)
    • 6 x Lunches
    • 6 x Hotel stays in Santarem (from the arrival day to the last day of the tour)

  • Motorcycle rental & Protection gear

  • Motorcycle Rental: Are you renting a bike for this adventure? Note: We highly recommend the CRFs for shorter (<1.70m) or very inexperienced riders.*

  • Extra Insurance (Tours):
    Ride with extra peace of mind! This coverage reduces your liability significantly:

    • Full crash Protection: You won’t be charged for minor damage, scratches, or broken parts from regular riding accidents.
    • Water Damage Protection: If there is engine water ingress due to bike falling in deep water, your liability reduces drastically from 2500€ to 400€.
    • Third-Party Protection: If third-party insurance is used, your deductible drops from 1500€ to only 400€.

    Important Exceptions: This coverage won't apply, and you will be responsible for all repair costs if:

    • You deliberately go off the intended track
    • You ride wrecklessly and ignore the guide's warnings
    • Your crash causes damage to other bikes in your group.
  • Protection gear: Mandatory: Helmet, offroad boots, armor or armoured jacket, kneepads and gloves.*

  • Getting to Santarem: From Lisbon's airport we suggest you either take a direct train (~12€) to Santarem or catch a Uber/Bolt (Bolt is cheaper, usually ~50€). Check the FAQ for detailed info.*

    Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after paying the Reservation Deposit of 300.00€. Note: Deposits are non-refundable, however, if you cancel the service up to 15 days before the date, you can use the deposit as credit for any of our tours or rentals within 1 year).
