Senior Rep Program
Dear Class of 2027,

Hello! Karl Mullings here! I hope this message finds you well as you enter your Senior year of high school.

I would like to start by offering you an exciting opportunity to participate in the KFM Designs Senior Model Program, introducing myself, and sharing a little bit about my photography background.

The Senior Model Program was created 16 years ago to help build awareness of Senior Portrait Photography in the Northern Arizona region. Currently, KFM is currently looking for Class of 2027 seniors to participate in this program for the upcoming school year.

KFM is searching for seniors from the local Northern Arizona region, as follows:
• 10 seniors from 4A high schools
• 8 seniors from 3A high schools
• 4 seniors from 2A and 1A high schools

As a Senior Model, you are welcome to come to the KFM office in Flagstaff, AZ, for a portrait viewing session and proofing after your local photography sessions. Portrait viewing sessions and proofing may also be done at a public location near the out-of-town sites, via laptop (ex. Whole Foods in Sedona or Flagstaff). Other alternate locations will be announced for the students in areas outside of Flagstaff at a later date.

The variety of images captured from Senior Models has the potential to be used in several ways for KFM Designs. The best part is that these images can also be purchased at Senior Model prices for your yearbook portrait, yearbook ads, graduation cards, and prints for you to share with family and friends.

This is an exciting time to dream about the upcoming year and sign up to be a Senior Model from your high school. Photography sessions for the Class of 2027 were held in Jerome, Sedona, Chandler Airport, Page, and several locations in Flagstaff. Currently, KFM is creating a list of multiple locations throughout Arizona for Senior Model photography sessions for the upcoming year.

Program Details & Perks

The Senior Model Program fee is $300, which includes your choice of five scheduled Senior Model Sessions throughout the year. If you want to do a customized photography session beyond the five selected scheduled sessions, each session location will be an additional $75.00.

Additionally, you have the chance to earn referral credits when friends book a photographic session through KFM Designs. Whether they book a senior portrait, wedding, or sports session, you’ll receive credit toward prints and products.

If you choose, you will receive custom business cards with your portrait and KFM Designs contact information to help share your experience with classmates and friends.

Space is limited to a select number of seniors per high school size. Please contact us as soon as possible to make a payment to secure your spot as a Senior Model.

Now, about me. Many of you may know me behind the camera taking sports photos at high school games in Arizona or from living in Northern Arizona. Professional photography has been my passion and livelihood for over 26 years, with a focus on portraits, events, and sports. I may have even taken senior portraits of your older siblings and friends or captured sports photos of you and your classmates. I primarily work in Flagstaff, AZ, but travel all over Northern Arizona and am often in Prescott and Phoenix for games, portraits, and events.

I am a proud member of the Professional Photographers of America, Arizona Professional Photographers Association, and the National Press Photographers Association.

The team at KFM is looking forward to working with new seniors over the next year and making your senior portraits a positive experience with photos you will enjoy forever.

1. I agree and commit to having my Senior Portraits taken by KFM Designs Photography, LLC. I also agree that KFM Designs Photography, LLC, will be my exclusive photographer until the contract end date of June 15, 2026, as a Senior Ambassador. I will not use or represent any other "Friend" Photographer, Photography Student, or Photographic Studio. Exceptions may be made for extracurricular activities and sports portraits scheduled by your team or school only.
2. KFM Designs Photography, LLC, will hold the copyrights to my images to use on marketing materials, advertising and social media purposes (for current and future needs).
3. During my session, I am allowed to bring 1-2 people. Anyone that will be attending my sessions are expected to be respectful of KFM Designs Photography, LLC, and understand that there will be absolutely no additional cameras or photography taken by spectators during the session. BTS or Behind The Scene Photography with a cell phone must be done in a non-distracting manner and NO FLASH may be used! All Behind The Scenes Photos posted on social media are to be tagged with #kfmdesignhotography,lIc #kfmseniors
4. As a KFM Designs Photography, LLC, Senior Model, you will be expected to have a positive outlook on social media, set an example, and be an inspiration. This requirement includes all posts and stories until September 15, 2026, after your graduation. Please be respectful and kind. Kindness is also required at all group shoots. Any inappropriate or illegal behavior will remove you from the Senior Model Program. I understand all of the expectations and de-
tails of the KFM Designs Photography, LLC, Class of 2026 Senior Model Program. Violation of any portion of this contact will result in this contract becoming null and void. All benefits received by a Senior Model of the program will then be due at full retail value or you may cancel your future sessions.
5. All locations will be in full agreement between both parties (KFM Designs Photography, LLC, and the Senior Model/client, parent/guardian). Anything hazardous or anything that may be harmful in the chosen locations, are in no way the fault of, or caused by KFM Designs Photography, LLC, or the photography business. If a situation occurs at any of the selected locations, KFM Designs Photography, LLC/Karl F. Mullings will not be held responsible for any personal injuries, damaged items or accidents that occur during the session.

I do give Karl F. Mullings of KFM Designs Photography, LLC, his assigns, licensees and legal representation the irrevocable right to use my image in all forms and media in all manners, including composite or distorted representations, for advertising, marketing, commercial, promotional or any other lawful purpose. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy that maybe created in connection therewith.
