Terms and conditions.
- Ticket sales and Memberships to the 500 Club are onging.
- Membership is open to persons 18 years or older.
- Ticket cost: R50 per month or R600 per year. Multiple tickets may be purchased; each is a separate entry.
- Payment by debit order or direct deposit into Woodside's designated bank account. Monthly payments must reflect by the 25th of the month to qualify for that month's draw; late payments roll to the following month.
- Draws are held every two months (January, March, May, July, September, November), using an electronic random number generator, with three prizes awarded per draw (currently R15,000 / R3,500 / R1,500).
- Only fully paid-up, valid tickets are eligible to win. A member with multiple valid tickets may win more than one prize.
- Winners will be contacted using the details on record and must complete a Winner Declaration Form before payment; prizes are normally paid within 3–4 weeks of the draw. Unclaimed prizes are held for 6 months, after which funds revert to Woodside.
- Minimum membership period is one year. Cancellations must be given in writing; debit order cancellations should be notified before the 15th of the month. Non-payment for two consecutive months may result in suspension.
- Members must keep their contact and banking details up to date; Woodside is not liable for issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.
- Personal information is processed in accordance with POPIA and used only for administering the 500 Club.
- Participation constitutes acceptance of the full Rules of the 500 Club (available on request), which take precedence in the event of any conflict.
