  • RULES FOR THE USE OF ACADEMIC FACILITIES
    1. The use of academic facilities is only during USM office hours. If outside office hours or on holidays, the secretariat must obtain permission from the IPPT Security Section
    2. Please bring your own laptop if necessary.
    3. It is prohibited to change the arrangement of chairs and tables in the Main Lecture Hall/Lecture Room/Laboratory. If it needs to be modified, the applicant is responsible for rearranging it to the original condition.
    4. The Main Lecture Hall/Lecture Room/Laboratory must always be kept clean.
    5. Before leaving the Main Lecture Hall/Lecture Room/Laboratory. The applicant is responsible for ensuring that the light switch/air conditioner/computer has been turned off.
    6. During the period of use of the facilities, the safety of the equipment is the responsibility of the applicant.


  • PERATURAN PENGGUNAAN KEMUDAHAN AKADEMIK
    1. Penggunaan kemudahan akademik adalah semasa waktu pejabat USM sahaja. Sekiranya di luar waktu pejabat atau pada hari cuti, pihak urusetia perlu mendapatkan kebenaran daripada Seksyen Keselamatan IPPT
    2. Sila bawa komputer riba (laptop) sendiri jika perlu.
    3. Dilarang mengubah susun atur kerusi dan meja di dalam Dewan Kuliah Utama/ Bilik Kuliah/Makmal. Jika perlu diubahsuai, pemohon bertanggunjawab mengatur semula seperti keadaan asal.
    4. Dewan Kuliah Utama/Bilik Kuliah/makmal hendaklah sentiasa berada dalam keadaan bersih.
    5. Sebelum meninggalkan dewan Kuliah Utama/Bilik Kuliah/Makmal. Pemohon bertanggungjawab memastikan suis lampu/penghawa dingin/komputer telah dimatikan.
    6. Sepanjang tempoh penggunaan kemudahan, keselamatan peralatan adalah dibawah tanggungjawab pemohon
  • The Academic Office has the right to CANCEL your reservation if the Main Lecture Hall/Lecture Room/Laboratory is needed for student use.

  • Pejabat Akademik berhak MEMBATALKAN tempahan tuan/puan sekiranya Dewan Kuliah Utama/Bilik Kuliah/Makmal tersebut diperlukan untuk kegunaan pelajar.
