2026 Event Discord Signup
There will be a temporary discord server set up for use during the convention for all attendees and participants. Emails with access code will be sent out during the week prior to the start of the event. The server will be open for use when you receive your code, and it will close 3 days after the last day of the convention (June 23, 2026). Announcements will be made on social media (On ROMY-Con Instagram, Tumblr, and Bluesky) prior to the discord links being sent, as a reminder to check your emails. Data on this form will only be used for activities directly related to the discord. You do not have to use your real name within the server.

Invites will be sent out in groups in order to not overwhelm the server, and will be emailed out to the provided address between June 7-13th. If you do not receive your invite code by June 14th, please contact us.
