Across the retreat we’ll move, breathe, reflect and rest. There will be yoga and breathwork practices, nourishing food, sound healing, thoughtful conversations about wellbeing in midlife, and plenty of space to simply unwind, whether that’s by the pool, walking through the forest or enjoying quiet time to yourself.
