         1.⁠ ⁠Reservation and Booking:
        A. All reservations are subject to availability.
        B. A deposit of ₱6,000 per head is required to confirm a booking.
        C. Full payment must be made 14 days prior to the scheduled tour. Failure to make payment by the designated date will result in the opening of the reserved slot to other guests on our waitlist.
        D. All guest information will be captured automatically through our booking system. There is no need to fill out any additional forms.

         2.⁠ ⁠Payment:
        A. Payments can be made through online bank transfer or credit card through our website. Upon payment, guests will automatically receive a confirmation email from our booking system with all relevant details.

         3.⁠ ⁠Cancellation and Refund Policy:
        A. Cancellation by the Guest:
        If a guest decides to cancel, no refunds will be issued. However, bookings can be rebooked or transferred to another guest, subject to availability.
        B. Rebooking Policy by Guest:
        Guests can choose to rebook their trip up to 5 days before the original scheduled date. Rebooking allows guests to retain their reservation and funds for a future booking without additional charges.
        The rebooking is subject to availability and must be communicated in advance.
        C. Cancellation by the Resort:
        In the event the resort must cancel a guest's reservation due to severe weather conditions, government advisories, or other force majeure events, no refunds will be issued. However, guests will be given the option to rebook for a future date within 2 years or transfer the booking to another guest.

         4.⁠ ⁠Resort Policies:
        Guests are required to comply with all resort policies and guidelines during their stay.
        The resort reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who fail to adhere to policies without any refund or compensation.

         5.⁠ ⁠Number of Participants for Tours:A minimum of 8 people is required to proceed with the Balabac Joiners trip at the rate of ₱22,900/person for 4D3N. If the minimum requirement is not met, adjusted rates will apply based on group size.
        PHP 24,500/person for a group of 7 people
        PHP 28,000/person for a group of 6 people
        PHP 32,500/person for a group of 5 people
        PHP 39,000/person for a group of 4 people
        PHP 50,500/person for a group of 3 people
        3D/2N Tour: Rate starts at PHP 18,900 per person. Adjusted rates apply if group size is below 8:
        PHP 20,000/person for a group of 7
        PHP 26,500/person for a group of 6
        PHP 30,000/person for a group of 5
        PHP 35,500/person for a group of 4
        PHP 44,500/person for a group of 3

         6.⁠ ⁠Force Majeure:A. The resort shall not be liable for changes, cancellations, or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or government actions.B. In the event of a force majeure, the resort will work with guests to reschedule or provide alternatives.

         7.⁠ ⁠Liability:A. The resort is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or theft of personal belongings during the guest’s stay.B. Guests are advised to secure their valuables.

         8.⁠ ⁠Rebooking and Rescheduling:A. Rebooking due to resort-initiated changes (like force majeure) is valid for up to 2 years from the original booking date.B. Guests may reschedule their booking once without additional fees, provided it is done 5 days before the scheduled tour date.

         9.⁠ ⁠Agreement:A. By confirming a reservation through our booking engine, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.B. The resort is committed to ensuring utmost satisfaction and making the best decisions possible during unforeseen circumstances.

        10.⁠ ⁠Payment Method
        Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card through our booking system.

        Upon completing the payment, a confirmation email with your booking details will be sent automatically.

         

        By submitting the reservation deposit, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Please proceed with booking the tour only if you agree to the aforementioned terms.
