EASY AND CONVENIENT MONTHLY OFFERINGS

Trinity offers the option of giving monthly donations via PAR (pre-authorized remittance). PAR offerings are withdrawn on the 20th of each month from your bank account. Other options for donating to Trinity are available at www.telc.ca/donations.

The PAR sign-up process is fully completed when a void cheque, or equivalent banking details, are provided to the church office in addition to this online form. Contact us at mail@telc.ca or 519-662-1810 for more information.

Terms and Conditions

I may change the amount of my donation at any time by providing Trinity with 15 days’ notice.
I may revoke this authorization at any time by providing Trinity with 15 days’ notice.
I have certain recourse rights if any debit does not comply with this agreement. For example, I have the right to receive reimbursement for any debit that is not authorized or is not consistent with this PAR agreement. To obtain more information on these rights, I may contact my financial institution or visit www.cdnpay.ca.
I waive my right to receive pre-notification of the amount of the Pre-Authorized Remittance (PAR) and agree that I do not require advanced notice of the amount of PAR before the debit is processed.
