To facilitate the effective and safe operation of our companies, Little B Enterprises, Inc. and Little B Trucking, LLC, have adopted the following drug and alcohol testing policy. As a condition of your hiring and continued employment, you will be required to adhere to this policy at all times. All Employees shall be subject to the following drug testing: Pre-Employment, Random, Reasonable Suspicion & Post-Accident. Employees shall be subject to drug and alcohol testing including but not limited to: amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, opiates, cannabinoids (including marijuana), cocaine, methadone, methaqualone, PCP, and all chemical derivatives of these substances. Other substances may be added to this policy at our discretion.
Employees shall report to work fit for duty and free from any adverse effects of drugs or alcohol. Whenever employees are working, operating a company vehicle, present on company property or are conducting related work off-site, they are prohibited from being under the influence of, using, possessing, buying, selling or dispensing any drug(s) and/or alcohol, including marijuana and or marijuana products. Employees who fail a pre-employment test shall not be eligible for employment. Any employee who violates this policy, refuses any drug test or who has a positive result to any drug or alcohol test, will be immediately dismissed from employment.
CDL DRIVERS: All CDL Drivers are subject to All DOT & FMCSA Safety Regulations and must be registered in the DOT Clearinghouse. Drivers must Consent to Pre- employment and Annual Queries. CDL Drivers are subject to additional Company Safety Training and are required to keep acceptable driving records at all times. Failure of any DOT Drug Screen or failure to maintain a good driving record is grounds for dismissal.
