  • Deposit Payment:
    By submitting this deposit agreement, I agree to provide a payment of $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars) to secure scheduling for my kitchen remodeling project. This deposit will serve as the initial payment and will be applied to the first installment of fifty percent (50%) of the project’s total cost. The detailed scope, materials, and specifications of the project will be determined prior to going to contract.

  • Reservation of Installation Schedule:
    This deposit reserves an available timeframe on the installation schedule and is independent of any work completed prior to, or to be completed during, the project.

     

    Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    For agreements executed on-site, the buyer may cancel this transaction at any time before midnight on the third business day following the transaction date. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
