Bank Account Request Form
Effective September 24, 2024, to be used by a Girl Scout River Valleys troop, community, area, or group (day camp, encampment) requesting to open a new bank account.
Please note: Some accounts will incur monthly deposit fees and/or transactions fees. For more information on fees, read our finance article How to Open a Girl Scout Bank Account.

Most banks require documents from Girl Scouts River Valleys in order for a Girl Scout bank account to be opened. If you have not already reached out to the bank for a list of which documents are requires, please do so before submitting this request.

Girl Scout accounts cannot be opened at Wings Financial Credit Union.

Account Signers (two signers required)
All Girl Scout River Valleys bank accounts require two signers, both/all of whom are current Girl Scout members with completed background check affiliated with the troop, community, area or group and appointed to a volunteer role approved for handling finances. Account signers cannot be related to or reside in the same household.
