    Great Cloth Diaper Change time:  11:00am

    Breakdown/clean-up time:  1-3pm

    Technology Training Room

    Small Business Development Center

    Chattanooga, TN

    Parking:  You may park in the parking lot around the SBDC (free on weekends).  There is parking on both sides of the building.  You must enter the building through the front doors (on the corner of Manufacturers Rd and Cherokee Blvd).  There is a ramp for your convenience.  You may park near the entrance when you arrive to unload, but please move your vehicles to the back of the lot after you are finished setting up to allow attendees to park closer to the doors.

    PLEASE NOTE:  The Technology Training Room can only accommodate a fixed number of vendors.  We will evaluate vendor applications as they come in, but due to space constraints we may not be able to accept all applications.

  • Vendors

    A table and at least 2 chairs are provided for each vendor in the Technology Training Room. The tables measure approximately 30x60 inches.  Tables may be claimed on a first-come-first-serve basis starting at 9am.  Vendors MUST bring their own tablecloths.  NO tents/canopies are allowed.  The event is indoors. 

    Vendor fee is $40.

    Sponsors

    In addition to a vending booth, sponsors get extra perks.  We have two tiers, Silver and Gold.

    Silver Sponsor fee is $100.  These sponsors receive:

    • Your business/organization listed as a sponsor in all event pages
    • Social media shoutouts in the days leading up to the event
    • Early access to set up and choose a table (8:30am)

    Gold Sponsor fee is $200.  Gold sponsors receive:

    • Your business/organization listed as a sponsor in all event pages
    • Social media shoutouts in the days leading up to the event
    • Early access to set up and choose a table (8:30am)
    • Special recognition as a sponsor during event announcements
    • Your logo featured on reusable swag bags for attendees

     

    Raffle Donations

    If you make a raffle donation, we will feature it on social media in the weeks/days leading up to the festival.  Please send a good-quality photo of your donation to chelsea@flappynappies.com for this purpose, and be sure to include a description of the item(s) and your social media page(s) so that we can tag you.  Drop off your raffle item to Chelsea at the Flappy-Nappies® booth when you arrive at the event to set up.

    Swag Bag Donations

    Swag Bags will be handed out to attendees as prizes while supplies last.  Be sure to drop off or mail items to Flappy-Nappies® (100 Cherokee Blvd, suite 304) at least one week prior to the event.  Examples of items to be donated include free samples, business cards, coupons, flyers, etc.

     

  • Vendor Fees

    Vendor/sponsorship fees are expected to be paid upon acceptance into the festival.  Details regarding payment will be provided upon acceptance.  Vendors who fail to pay their fees will not be permitted to set up at the festival.

    Notice

    Flappy-Nappies®, a subsidiary of The Lucky Lion Boutique LLC, reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit, exhibitor or proposed exhibit (the "Exhibitor") not approved by it and to permit only such matter and conduct as it may approve. This reservation covers persons, things, conduct, printed matter, advertisements, souvenirs and emblems, and all else that affects the event.

    The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the sponsoring and operating organization, The Lucky Lion Boutique LLC, its members, officers, directors, and volunteers against any or all damages to property or personal injury or loss caused by the Exhibitor or his/her agents, representatives, volunteers or any other person.

    Exhibitor assumes complete responsibility and liability for all injury to any and all persons or property or in any way connected with the Exhibitor’s display or caused by the Exhibitor, his/her agents, representatives, or volunteers. Vendor and sponsorship fees are Non-Refundable.

  • Should be Empty:
