Chaperone registration is designed for adults attending in a supervisory role. This registration includes an official Palooza t-shirt, workshop notebook, event lanyard, and access to group breakfast and Adviser Lunch.
Please note: Chaperone registration does not include access to student classes or workshop sessions.
This option allows you to accompany and supervise your students while still being part of the Palooza experience.

Learn the essentials, ask questions in a safe space, and gain the guidance you need to lead your staff with confidence from day one. For advisers new in 2025–26 or 2026–27

The Inner Circle is a highly limited, advanced consultation experience for competitive yearbook staffs seeking expert-level feedback and who enter critiques with NSPA, CSPA with goal of achieving Pacemaker and/or Crown
Participants receive two 30-minute one-on-one sessions with Carrie Faust, focused on refining spreads, strengthening storytelling, elevating design, and sharpening overall book strategy. The experience concludes with a wrap-up roundtable where teams share insights and key takeaways from the workshop.
Spots are extremely limited and sold out last year.
Pricing is $275 per school. How many individual students you bring to the one-on-one sessions with Carrie is up to you!
Serious about stronger photos next year? This hands-on, skills-based track is designed for students who want to master their camera, improve composition, and capture images that truly tell a story. With focused instruction and real-time practice, participants will gain practical techniques they can immediately apply to their 2027 book. Led by Matt Johnson, this photo track is designed for students who want to dive deep into photography and level up their yearbook skills.
Requirements: DSLR or mirrorless camera (with power, memory card, and flash).
Participants stay in this track for the entire workshop, ensuring a full, immersive experience. Space is limited to guarantee hands-on learning and personal guidance.
Each adviser, student, and chaperone will receive this t-shirt with their registration fee. Add more here if you want additional shirts to take back to staffers who couldn't make it!
This sweatshirt is not included in registration but makes a great gift for students and chaperones who committed their time to the workshop. Or, order a few for staffers who couldn't make it! Breakout rooms can get chilly!

Each school receives a tote bag with registration. Add more if you'd like for each student to get a bag or to have some to take back to campus!
