I understand that the GED Boot Camp is an intensive, structured program that requires my full participation.I agree to complete all required coursework and practice tests using Joyce's Legacy Learning Center's software as assigned.I will attend all scheduled sessions and commit to the designated study schedule.I understand that I am responsible for completing all assigned homework and independent study outside of Boot Camp sessions.I acknowledge that Joyce’s Legacy Learning Center is not responsible for my success or failure on the GED exam and that my results depend on my effort, study habits, and preparation.
I acknowledge that I must pass the GED Ready practice test before taking the official GED exam.I understand that failing the GED Ready test may result in additional study requirements before I can sit for the official exam.I understand that Joyce’s Legacy Learning Center does not guarantee a passing score on the GED exam.If I do not pass the GED exam, I am responsible for any necessary retesting fees.
I agree to pay the full Boot Camp fee upon registration.If I need to reschedule my Boot Camp due to unforeseen circumstances, I must provide a written request at least 5 days before the start date, subject to approvalI understand that all payments are non-refundable unless the program is canceled by Joyce’s Legacy Learning Center.
I agree to follow all classroom rules, policies, and guidelines set by Joyce’s Legacy Learning Center.I will maintain a respectful and supportive learning environment for myself and others.Any disruptive behavior or failure to comply with program policies may result in dismissal without a refund.
