• Air Force Recruitment Questionnaire

Please do your best to answer the following questions honestly and I will get back with you upon review.

  • Hello,

Thank you for your interest in joining the United States Air and Space Force!

My name is Master Sergeant Marin, and I’m the recruiter for Times Square, covering all of Manhattan.

Before we get started, please be aware that this form is governed by the AIR FORCE PRIVACY ACT STATEMENT. This means any information you provide—whether in writing, over the phone, or during an in-person meeting—will remain confidential. It will only be shared between you, me, and the Air Force for official purposes. If you decide to discontinue the process at any point, all your data will be deleted upon request.

It’s important to be fully transparent. Please answer the following questions honestly. Our background checks are conducted through databases used by the FBI, CIA, and all major healthcare organizations across the country. I understand that criminal or medical histories can sometimes be tricky subjects, but I’m here to guide you through any issues. Not everything disqualifies you, and if something does, I can provide options to help you navigate it. However, any dishonesty that leads to disqualification could permanently stop your application process.

Once you complete the form, I will review it and send you a practice test via email. If you pass, we’ll schedule an initial appointment.

If you have any questions, feel free to text me at (607) 343-4799.

Thank you, and Aim High, future Airman!

  • Congratulations on completing the form!

Please note that it may take between 5 to 9 business days for me to review your submission and respond, so I ask for your patience during this time.

Once I’ve reviewed your submission, and if I don't have any further questions, I’ll send you a practice test before we schedule an appointment. Be sure to provide a reliable phone number and email address.

The practice test will be completed online from home. It is not an official test, so there's no need to worry about failing. However, it will give you a good idea of what to expect on the ASVAB. Please refrain from cheating, as doing so will likely result in failing the ASVAB and being locked out from testing.

If you don’t pass the practice test, I’ll provide study materials, or you can use any resources you find helpful for preparation. Once you feel ready to retake the test, reach out to me, and I’ll arrange a new one for you.
