- 50ft long x 20ft wide and adjacent to the curb.
- Additional length may be purchased at checkout.
- Exceeding your selected dimensions will result in a $150 fee.
Staging Area Traffic Flow
- An arrival time, lineup #, & traffic plan will be provided.
- The staging area’s center lane must always remain clear for the safety of event vehicles, volunteers, & emergency services.

Any entry that would normally need insurance to be street legal, such as cars, trucks, trailers, motorcycles, etc., is REQUIRED to provide the CDA Regional Chamber with a valid proof of insurance. A copy of the card must be submitted along with this application as a .PDF file. Must be at least 18 years old to sign.
