FEE: $25.00 per dog

A dog must be registered with Companion Dog Sports Program (CDSP) to compete and earn titles in any CDSP sanctioned event. A dog's registration number must be supplied to each trial host for each event entered.

Please complete a separate registration for each dog being registered. The registration number will be emailed to the email address provided on the form. If no email address is provided, the number will be mailed to the street address provided on the form.

Please allow 24-48 hours for receipt via email or 4-6 weeks for receipt via regular mail.

You will receive a copy of your entry and your payment receipt by e-mail.

NOTE: You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card.

Important Payment Information:
Your $25 registration fee will appear on your credit card or PayPal statement as Golden Rule School for Dogs, our parent organization located in New Jersey.
