I understand that Cache Theatre Company is a community theater company, and that they do not carry Worker’s Compensation Insurance for cast and crew members. I accept full responsibility in the event of an accident or injury. I understand that three unexcused absences may result in dismissal from the show. I will be responsible for some personal items associated with this show (i.e. hygiene, underclothes, shoes, etc.). I understand that I am responsible for my own stage makeup.
