Agreement to Pay for Kulima Montessori Summer Camp

I understand that by signing this document, I am agreeing to pay the tuition charged for my child(ren)’s participation in the Kulima Montessori Summer Camp. The tuition for this camp is $325 per week, per child, unless otherwise specified based on enrollment status or other applicable agreements.

I acknowledge that there is a one-time, non-refundable $50 registration fee per child, which must be paid at the time of enrollment to secure my child’s spot in the camp.

I understand that payment for each week is due the Friday before the start of that camp week, and I will be billed through TUIO, the school's tuition management software. Payment plans are available, and families who choose to pay for the full five-week session in advance will receive a 10% discount.

I further acknowledge that space is limited, and failure to make payment by the due date may result in forfeiture of my child(ren)’s camp enrollment. Kulima Montessori reserves the right to offer the spot to another student if payment is not received on time.

By signing below, I agree to the terms outlined above and commit to making timely payments for my child(ren)’s participation in the Summer Camp program.

BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.

Kulima Montessori Summer Camp: Agreement & Release of Liability

I, the undersigned parent/guardian, understand that by enrolling my child(ren) in the Kulima Montessori Summer Camp, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that my child(ren) will be participating in various activities, including but not limited to outdoor play, games, arts and crafts, and Montessori-based learning activities. I understand that while all reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure safety, there are inherent risks associated with participation in any camp program.

2. Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency where I cannot be reached, I authorize Kulima Montessori staff to seek necessary medical treatment for my child(ren). I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

3. Behavior & Participation Expectations
I understand that my child(ren) is expected to follow all camp rules and guidelines. Kulima Montessori reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, with no refund of fees.

4. Liability Release
I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Kulima Montessori, its directors, staff, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from my child(ren)’s participation in Summer Camp, including any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur.

5. Payment & Refund Policy
I acknowledge that a one-time, non-refundable $50 registration fee per child is required at the time of enrollment. Full payment for each camp week is due the Friday before the start of that week to secure my child(ren)’s spot. Payment plans are available, and families who pay in full for the five-week session in advance will receive a 10% discount.

I understand that camp fees are non-refundable unless Kulima Montessori cancels the program. Failure to submit payment by the deadline may result in the forfeiture of my child(ren)’s enrollment, and their spot may be offered to another student.

6. Personal Belongings
I understand that Kulima Montessori is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to camp.
