  • Job Summary:


    The Chief of Staff serves as a key advisor and right-hand to Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity CEO/ESR.
    Responsible for managing the executive’s schedule, facilitating communication across teams, and
    ensuring smooth execution of the leadership vision by overseeing projects and coordinating with various
    departments, effectively acting as a bridge between the CEO/ESR and the wider organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing the CEO/ESR calendar, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring they

      are well-informed on key issues.

    • Collaborates with other management staff to identify and deliver the required administrative

      support operations for the organization.

    • Overseeing cross-functional projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.

    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.


    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Works with the board of directors and other directors/executives.

    • Presents regular reports on the status of the company’s operations to the board of directors and

      to company staff.

    • Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization.

      personalities.

    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

    • Five years of experience in administration including three years in a supervisory capacity, butnot required.
