The aim of the Hills Way is to create a unified Football Curriculum tailored to the needs & identity of the community. It has been created to deliver clear guidance, consistent support, and a shared identity for Football Development in the Hills District. This approach aims to inspire and elevate players, coaches and clubs within our community.

At the Core of the Hills Way is the Hills Football Member Clubs. Principles and teachings aim to be transcendent through all HFI Member Clubs to effectively focus on all areas of Football Development.

The Hills Way Workshops provide an opportunity for Hills Football and Hills United Technical Department Staff to deliver to HFI Member Club Members, effectively showing the Hills Way both theoretically and practically in action. This is through a 2-hour In-Person Workshop.
