  • Munchyfest Farmers Market and Food Truck Experience Vendor Registration 2025

Summer Dreams Campaign Our market is grounded in food access, wellness, and supporting local producers. We’re looking for vendors who offer vibrant fruits and vegetables, fresh-caught fish, pasture-raised meats, free-range eggs, and small-batch dairy products. Together, we can nourish the community — one harvest at a time.
  • Munchyfest Farmers Market and Food Truck Experience is a unique entrepreneurial social enterprise dedicated to overcoming food access barriers in urban communities.

Munchyfest is designed as a purpose-driven enterprise that puts community needs first by operating in areas lacking walkable grocery stores and fresh food options. It connects local farmers and food trucks directly with underserved households, using market operations to drive both food access and local economic participation.

Munchyfest can transform overlooked transit hubs in food deserts into dynamic, inclusive markets, connecting residents to fresh, locally sourced foods and economic opportunity while supporting pathways for employment and reintegration—all within a self-sustaining, community-driven model that reimagines what public spaces can become.

  • Why Is Our Vendor Fee $60.00?

We know vendor fees can vary from one market or festival to another. Our fee is set at $60.00, and here’s the meaningful reason behind it:

    Your Fee Fuels Second Chances

Unlike many events where fees simply cover logistics, every dollar from our $60.00 vendor fee directly funds our ongoing programs for county and state incarcerated individuals.

These initiatives provide essential clothing and study materials to people preparing to re-enter society—helping them start fresh with dignity and hope.

    Investing in New Beginnings

By joining us as a vendor, you’re doing more than sharing your food or craft—you’re helping equip returning citizens with the tools, encouragement, and resources they need to rebuild their lives.

Our mission is to inspire passion, purpose, and a sense of belonging, so everyone has a chance to succeed and give back to the community.

    A Purpose-Driven Fee

While other markets may charge more or less, our fee is intentionally set to be affordable for local businesses while making a real impact for those we serve.

When you participate, you’re not just gaining exposure—you’re partnering in a mission that transforms lives.

    Thank You for Your Impact
Your support as a vendor allows us to continue this important work.

Together, we’re creating a Farmers Market & Food Truck Experience that’s about more than delicious food and unique crafts—it’s about hope, opportunity, and positive change for our entire community.

If you’d like to know more about where your fee goes or about our programs, please reach out! We’re proud to share the difference your involvement makes.
