Introduction letter to your Mentor. Please write a short 1-2 paragraph introducing yourself, this will be passed on to your Mentor before the Induction Session. Include work and/or study details, how you became interested in working in the industry and some interesting facts about yourself.*

I understand that the Mentor paired with me may not be from the same state and therefore online communication may be required.I understand that I may not be paired with a Mentor of my exact interest and requests, however all AIFST Mentors are highly experienced and of value to me.I confirm I am in the final year of study or have graduated in the last 12 months.
Please advise which times (choose more than 1) you would be available for your 10 minute Interview conducted by Mentors. Please note, we will do our best to assign a time suitable but this cannot be guaranteed. (Please note these times are AEST - Sydney time).*
