TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. I am aware that Buderim Lions may engage professional photographers and/or filming to promote the Street Party. Should my application be successful, I grant permission for The Buderim Lions Club to use any image/footage of me, my staff or my stall for this purpose.
2. The stallholder or participating group is responsible for any damage, loss or injury to any person or property arising out of or in connection with the activity and use of your site or your participation in the event.
The stallholder or participating group agrees to indemnify & hold indemnified the Buderim Lions Street Party 2025 organisers (the Lions Club of Buderim), sponsors, employees, agents, and voluntary workers (referred to as “the indemnified”) against all claims for damage, loss, cost (including legal costs) or injury arising from any claim, action, suit, demand or proceeding that may be made or brought by any person against the indemnified in consequence of or arising out of a negligent act or omission of the stallholder or participating group or an employee or agent of the stallholder or participating group.
The stallholder or participating group releases and indemnifies from any such claim, action, suit, demand or proceeding, which, but for these provisions, might be brought against or made upon the indemnified by the stallholder or participating group.
3. Payment of stallholder fee to Buderim Lions Street Party is to be done on acceptance confirmation by the Buderim Street Party Organisers.
4. Stalls are to be set up and operating by 5.30 pm and remain operating until 8:30 pm to maintain the festive atmosphere of the event. NOTE. There will be NO vehicle movements allowed within the event site between 5:00 pm and 9.00 pm NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. NOTE: If you access your area prior to the road closure, you must obey all traffic and parking regulations, otherwise you may incur a traffic infringement notice.
6. Tow or equipment transport vehicles cannot be parked on the closed street during the event & MUST be removed prior to road closure.
7. Marquees if erected MUST have leg weights. Spikes of any type cannot be used.
8. The Buderim Lions Street Party is a non-profit event organised by the Buderim Lions Club. It is acknowledged that any profit made by the organisers at the event will go back into the community or will be used to support community events.
9. Site appearance and hygiene must be strictly maintained.
10. All stallholders must clean their sites before departure. Waste bins are located throughout the event site.
11. All stallholders are solely responsible for compliance with the relevant regulations and standards appropriate to their stall and services.
