I agree that the Club is entitled to obtain recovery of any outstanding sums owed to the Club notwithstanding that my membership has been transferred and acknowledge that the Club will endeavour to ascertain and recover such outstanding sums within 3 years from the transfer of my membership. I consent to the retention of my personal data for a period of 3 years from the transfer of my membership, for purposes such as the aforementioned as well as for any issue or dispute between me and any current or ex-member of the Club and/or concerning the assignment of my membership.
