    All participating companies must be nominated by an individual (the “nominator”). Notes to the nominator:  - (1) The nominator must be 18 years old or above on the date of the application deadline (2) The nominator must not be a shareholder or a director of the participating company (3) The relationships between nominator and nominee must be declared on the application form 所有參賽公司必須由一名個人（“提名人”）提名。 提名人的注意事項： (1) 提名人在申請截止日期時必須年滿18歲； (2) 提名人不得是參賽公司的股東或董事； (3) 提名人與被提名人之間的關係必須在申請表格中聲明。
