Swimming Pool + Spa Waiver Release Form

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE CONTENTS OF THIS FORM BEFORE SIGNING. 

In consideration for being allowed to use the swimming pool and other facilities, and for other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged:

I understand that during my stay and in the event that there is no lifeguard on duty, I shall be responsible for my guests and relatives using the pool;

I understand that there are risks involved in the use of the pool facilities such as injury or death.

The following persons are my guests and/relatives who shall be under my care: 

RH POOL RULES 

• Supervision: Always have an adult present when children are in the pool and never swim alone.
• No diving in shallow areas: Designate specific diving areas and prohibit diving in shallow parts of the pool.
• Poolside behavior: No running or roughhousing on the pool deck. 
• Shower before entering: Encourage everyone to shower before swimming to maintain water quality.
• Exit during storms: Leave the pool immediately if lightning is near. 
• No glass containers: Only use plastic cups, closed containers and bottles around the pool.
• Proper pool maintenance: RH regularly check water chemistry and clean debris from the pool. 
• Drain safety: Be aware of pool drains and avoid getting body parts or hair caught in them. 
• Pool safety equipment: Ensure readily accessible safety equipment like life jackets and pool rescue tools are available.

• Guest policy: Reservations are required, enjoy 2 - 4 hours of RH Retreat 
• Pool hours: Monday-Friday 9 am - 10pm Saturday - Sunday 9 am - 12 am
• Clothing restrictions: Swim, suits, trunks, shoes are required.
• Children's supervision: Specify who is responsible for supervising young children. 

RH ENFORCES POOL RULES: 

• Clearly post rules: Pool rules  are displayed prominently near the pool area.
• Communicate expectations: Discuss pool rules with everyone who uses the pool. 
• Consistent enforcement: Follow through with consequences if rules are not followed.

Further, I hereby acknowledge and declare that:

I agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Swimming Pool from any cost, liability, claim, damages, demand arising from injury, loss, illness, or death to me, my immediate family, guests, invitees related to the use of the pool. Likewise, any damage or loss to personal property caused by or related to the use of the Swimming Pool, its facilities, and its use.

Further, I hereby indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Swimming Pool from any claims, demands, damages, and costs arising out of negligence resulting to loss, injuries, illnesses, or death.

Finally, I recognize and fully understand and acknowledge the information above. By signing this form, I expressly declare that I am of legal age and that I am aware of the full contents of this waiver and I am legally accountable to any effects of this Release.
