TVCS PRE-K: The hours of operation will be Monday through Friday, 8:15 AM - 2:30 PM with drop-off available starting at 6:30 AM and late pick-up until 2:45 PM. Pre-K includes a morning snack, milk, and lunch. TVCS Pre-K follows the TVCS K-12 school calendar for closed days and holiday breaks. Children who need care after Pre-K dismissal or on closed days can sign up with Camp Appalachia Extended Care.

REGISTRATION FEE: The $50 Registration Fee is non-refundable and due upon signing this agreement to secure the enrollment position.

TUITION: Annual tuition is $4320 ($120/week for 36 weeks). Payments are made monthly (September-May).

SECURITY FEE: $25 per month / $225 per year for Pre-K

TUITION ACCOUNT: Each family must have a FACTS account for their tuition and fees schedule. Financial information for payments and monthly payment date options are available for your convenience. FACTS Tuition Management charges an annual fee to manage your account.

GENERAL INFORMATION: A late fee of $10 will be assessed and a collection process will begin for any late account per their contract. If a student voluntarily withdraws or is requested to withdraw by the school, it is understood and accepted that no refund of the Registration Fee will be made. It is further understood that the balance of the tuition will be pro-rated to the end of the last month that the student attends.
