TVCS PRE-K: The hours of operation will be Monday through Friday, 8:15 AM - 2:30 PM, with drop-off available starting at 7:00 AM and late pick-up until 2:45 PM. Pre-K includes a morning snack, milk, and lunch. TVCS Pre-K follows the TVCS K-12 school calendar for closed days and holiday breaks. Children who need care after Pre-K dismissal or on closed days can sign up with Camp Appalachia Extended Care.

REGISTRATION FEE: The $50 Registration Fee is non-refundable and due upon signing this agreement to secure the enrollment position.

TUITION: Annual tuition is $4860 ($1350/week for 36 weeks). Payments are made monthly (September-May).

SECURITY FEE: $25 per month / $225 per year for Pre-K

TUITION ACCOUNT: Each family must have a Blackbaud Tuition account for their tuition and fees schedule. Financial information for payments and monthly payment date options are available for your convenience.
