Summer housing forms must be submitted by Friday, April 24, 2026.
Summer residents will receive summer housing assignment the week of April 27, 2026.
Summer housing will be offered in Ormseth.
Summer housing dates are Monday, May 11 through the end of July 2026.
Residents must pay a $125 damage deposit and the first month's rent before housing is assigned and keys are issued.
Single rooms are limited.
The summer housing fee is $375 per month/$93.75 per week for a double room in Ormseth; no meal plan.
The summer housing fee is $550 per month/$137.50 per week for a single room in Ormseth; no meal plan.
Residents will need to check out of summer housing and return room keys by late July 2026.
Requests to stay on campus after July 2026, may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
