STREET FOOD PITCH APPLICATION FORM
To apply for a street food pitch at Bovey Festival 2025, your business must be based in the South West of England.

Please complete this application form. We have a limited number of street food pitches available and we will inform you soon as possible if you have been successful. We will then require full payment. Just like in 2024, we will ensure a good mix of stands.

If you are a food or drink producer and do not plan to cook on your stall or sell hot food to be consumed on site, including barista coffee traders, you should apply using the Food and Drink Producers Application Form. Do not use this form. Applications from food and drink producers on this form will not be considered.

Set in Bovey Tracey, Bovey Festival 2025 celebrates the finest food, drink and craft. Join us at one of the South West's finest festivals.

If you are a street food vendor of the highest standards and live in the South West of England, you can apply for a stand.

The Details: One day food, drink & craft event on Saturday September 6th, 2025.

60 of the finest food, drink producers & street food vendors line Fore Street in a celebration of the very best the South West has on offer.

15 craft stands from makers based in the South West (Gloucestershire, Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, Devon, Cornwall) celebrate the best craft and are situated in the Methodist Hall on Fore Street.

The festival is organised by Bovey Larder Ltd, Bovey Tracey’s local zero waste shop.

Your Pitch

The high street location presents some limitations with pitch size and it is important you book sufficient space for the maximum length of your stall, including any tow hooks/ramps etc. If your stand exceeds 4m frontage you will need to purchase the larger pitch. All spaces are a maximum 3m deep.
Please tell us in metres the frontage of your stall. Allow enough to include tow bars, ramps, serving hatches, etc.*
Depth x Length. All stalls must fit within 3m depth.. We will assume the LENGTH is your frontage.
Please note: The price includes free parking.

Please be aware once you have been accepted for Bovey Festival 2025 you will have to complete the Mobile Food Vendors Registration form for Temporary Events required by Teignbridge District Council. We will send you the form once your application has been accepted.
