  • Dental School Tailgate & Meeting Space Requests

    This form provides dental schools the opportunity to sign-up for the Tailgate party and to request meeting space at SmileCon® 2025 in Washington, DC.
  • Dental schools wishing to obtain a meeting space in conjunction with SmileCon must first obtain approval from ADA. Requests must be approved in advance by ADA and organizers should not reach out to hotels directly. If you have any questions, please contact Dana Almdale at almdaled@ada.org.

    9 a.m.-5 p.m. Dental Central (exhbit hall)

    House of Delegates Meetings 1-3 will be held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center located at 801 Allen Y. Lew Place, Washington, DC, 20001.

    Business Meetings, Reference Committee Hearings and District Caucuses will be held at the Marriott Marquis Washington, DC located at 901 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington DC, 20001.

  • Join fellow dental schools at the 2nd annual Tailgate at SmileCon! Sign your school up to participate at the Tailgate at SmileCon this year in Washington DC!

    Date: Saturday, October 25

    Time: Noon-1:30 p.m.

    Location: Dental Central (SmileCon exhibit hall)

    The tailgate is for all registered SmileCon attendees and is complimentary for dental schools to participate in.

    Each school will receive a complimentary high-boy table for the tailgate. We encourage schools to bring a pull-up sign so your alumni and friends can easily identify your school. Please note, signs larger than a pull-up banner (36 in x 92 in) need to be approved. All schools will be in the same area, so we are asking that all signs are comparable in size. A floor plan of your location will be sent out closer to SmileCon.

    The ADA will be providing complimentary snacks, a cash bar, music, tailgate games and we will be streaming live college football games.

    Drink Tickets: There is the option for you to purchase drinks tickets for your alumni and friends. Please let me know If you are interested. I will also be following up with everyone closer to SmileCon as a reminder.

    • Signage at SmileCon with a QR code that directs back to the SmileCon website listing. 

    This event is complimentary for schools to participate in.

  • See below for the available times to host a breakfast, lunch or reception. Functions are not allowed to conflict with official ADA events or CE.
