The following requirements must be fulfilled for your application to be processed and reviewed: Booths spaces must be paid for after application is approved.
Vendor Fees:
🛍️ Regular Vendor Booth $50 ✔️ Includes table + chairs (if needed)
⚡Electric booths/ Boutique trailers/ Food Trucks: $75 (limited availability)
No refunds once accepted, this is a rain or shine event.Payments are to be made by Venmo, Cash App or Cash in store.
Put business name (please pay via friends&family) Please understand there is NO REFUNDS for not being able to come after already committing.
If you need to cancel, please contact us.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the event. If canceled later than 48 hours you may not be asked to return next time. You may not transfer your booth space to someone in the event you can't make it only if approved by Ashley Lyon . NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS NO EXCEPTIONS
We ask you provide your own extension cords. If you need tables 1 table and 2 chairs can be provided if you need another table it's $10
Please remember this is a family friendly event. Vendor set up hours are Saturday 8 am - 10 am The event is a Saturday 11am - 4pm Vendors will be required to park all vehicles in the gravel area off to the side of the building. Anyone arriving late to set up will have to unload at their parking spot and carry items to their assigned booth space,
NO VEHICLES ON THE LOT WHILE EVENT IS RUNNING (NO EXCEPTIONS)
