The following requirements must be fulfilled for your application to be processed and reviewed: Booths spaces must be paid for after application is approved.
Vendor Fees:
🛍️ Regular Vendor Booth (Inside or Outdoor Market): $100 ✔️ Includes table + chairs (if needed)
⚡ Electric Booth / Food Trucks: $125 (limited availability)
No refunds once accepted, this is a rain or shine event.Payments are to be made by Venmo, Cash App or Cash in store.
Put business name (please pay via friends&family) Please understand there is NO REFUNDS for not being able to come after committing. We will notify you within two weeks prior to the event with your booth number and location. Booth spaces are 10'x10' and there are electric and non-electric booths available, please put on application if you need electric.
No early closing up or tearing down your booth space.
This is an inside and outside event. If you get an outside space please be prepared for the weather depending on what it does in the spring. Outdoor vendors will be placed along the main shopping loop surrounding food trucks and the entrance to the indoor market to maximize foot traffic.
If you need to cancel, please contact us.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the event. If canceled later than 48 hours you may not be asked to return next time. You may not transfer your booth space to someone in the event you can't make it unless approved by Ashley Lyon . NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS NO EXCEPTIONS
We ask you provide your own extension cords. We have limited tables if needed please tell us if you need tables on the form.
Please remember this is a family friendly event. Vendor set up hours are Saturday 8 am - 10 am The event is a Saturday 11am - 4pm Vendors will be required to have all vehicles and trailers removed from the lot by 10am on Saturday. Anyone arriving late to set up will have to unload at their parking spot and carry items to their assigned booth space,
NO VEHICLES ON THE LOT WHILE EVENT IS RUNNING (NO EXCEPTIONS)
