The following requirements must be fulfilled for your application to be processed and reviewed: Booths spaces must be paid for after application is approved.
Inside Booth fee is $50 for 10x10 space.
Electric booth fee is $75 10x10 space.
Foodtruck or Trailer Fee is $75
Outside booth fee 12x12 space $75
No refunds will be issued. Payments are to be made by Venmo or Cash in store.

Put vendor fee and business name. Please understand there is NO REFUNDS for not being able to come after committing. We will notify you within two weeks prior to the event with your booth number and location. Booth spaces are 10'x10' and there are electric and non-electric booths available, please put on application if you need electric.
No early closing up or tearing down your booth space.
This is an inside and outside event.
If you need to cancel, please contact us.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the event. If canceled later than 48 hours you may not be asked to return next time. You may not transfer your booth space to someone in the event you can't make it unless approved by Ashley Lyon . NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS NO EXCEPTIONS
We ask you provide your own tables, chairs, extension cords etc. We may have tables if needed please tell us if you need tables.
Please remember this is a family friendly event. Vendor set up hours are Saturday 8 am - 10 am The event is Saturday 11am - 4pm Vendors will be required to have all vehicles and trailers removed from the lot by 10am on Saturday. Anyone arriving late to set up will have to unload at their parking spot and carry items to their assigned booth space,
NO VEHICLES ON THE LOT WHILE EVENT IS RUNNING (NO EXCEPTIONS)
