Booth Options

We will be using the services of the St. Charles Convention Center. Booths will consist of the following:
- 8’ high back wall drape
- 3’ draped side rails
- Two (2) Chairs – (4 chairs for double booth)
- One (1) 8’ skirted table per booth or exhibitor (2 tables for double booth)
- One (1) 7”x44” exhibitor identification sign indicating company name
- One (1) wastebasket per booth or exhibitor

BOOTH RAFFLES | List any raffle item to draw attendees to your booth. There will be a roving announcer in the hall.
EXCLUSIVE SHOW SPECIALS
Booth assignments are made on a first come, first serve basis with Industry Alliance members receiving first consideration. Every effort will be made to avoid placing similar suppliers next to each other.

8:00 AM - 10:00 AM | Set Up

10:00 AM - 2:00 PM | Exhibit Hall Open

2:00 PM - 4:00 PM - Breakdown

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations of exhibit space and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing (email is fine) to the MOA and received by September 8, 2026 A full refund minus a $50 processing fee, will be given if cancellation is received prior to 30 days of the conference. Notice of cancellation received after the cutoff date will not receive a refund. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.

Hold Harmless Clause: The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arriving out of injury or damage to exhibitor’s displays, equipment and other property brought upon the premises of the hotel and shall indemnify and hold harmless the hotel agents, servants, employees and Missouri Optometric Association members and Board of Directors from any and all such losses, damages and claims. Submission of your payment indicates agreement with the terms of the Hold Harmless Clause.
