Application deadline is September 20, 2025 and applications will not be accepted or approved after this time. This form is for information booths only and no sales are permitted. Space is limited and all applications may not be approved.
This is to request space for informational booths only. No sales are permitted. This is a one day, outside event on the streets of Pikeville and will continue rain or shine. Water and/or electricity is not provided for this event and will NOT be available. Generators are not permitted. No trucks or trailers will be placed for information booths. Please provide your own tables, chairs, and a 10 X 10 pop up tent (if preferred). All tents must have weights attached to each leg of at least 15 lbs each or they will not be allowed.
Registration will end September 20, 2025. Late applications will not be accepted.
